Diagnosis and prescribing are carried out exclusively by authorised prescribers with independent prescribing authority. In most cases, this assessment and prescription are completed by Nicola Wookey, our Medical Director and lead prescriber. Where clinically appropriate, prescribing may also be undertaken by other suitably qualified prescribers including advanced nurse practitioners and qualified doctors in line with our governance framework.
